About the Chef
Growing up on a farm in the Normandie countryside sparked my interest in food from an early age. At 15, culinary school was an obvious choice, and after five years of formalized training and two culinary degrees, I decided to travel the world. I've cooked professionally in England, Malta, and Saint Barthelemy, as well as for the famous Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Macy Gracy, and Antonio "L.A." Reid. I've even had the amazing opportunity to work on a Russian icebreaker sailing the Arctic Ocean.
Now, a married man, I have a little girl and have settled down with my family just outside the beautiful city of Portland, Maine. Using only the freshest, seasonal, local ingredients, I am prepared and excited to make any of your private events a special and unique dining experience.
